Self Leadership is a powerful psychological framework to understand your Self so you can live from a place of confidence, compassion, and clarity. It’s the framework you need to enjoy more success and fulfilment both professionally and personally.

The Self Leadership framework recognises the power of your inner self to make positive changes and drive meaningful outcomes.

In a Self Leadership session, we use an evidence based technique to engage with your inner world to discover what’s holding you back and how you can move forward.

In Self Leadership, we focus on four factors:

Get R.E.A.L

  • Recognise your own mind – Deepen your understanding of your Self
  • Establish inner focus – Check in
  • Acknowledge the parts of you that are helping your situation, and those that aren’t
  • Lead from your Self – The you that is calm, confident, compassionate and clear

We are wiser and more resourceful than we think.

Program outline.

The Self Leadership personal program includes customised teaching, Self Leadership individual sesssions, and ongoing learning. It can happen in person or online. It includes:

  • An initial 1 hour session to scope your needs and design a personalised program
  • A 2 hour customised session to learn Self Leadership principles and practices
  • 3 x 60 minute individual Self Leadership sessions to dig into the deeper issues
  • 1 x 60 minute integration session to check in and commit to ongoing practices

Is Self Leadership for you?

Self Leadership is for you if:

  • You’re stressed out, overwhelmed, over-loaded or anxious.
  • You’ve hit a roadblock or are going through some difficult life changes or need to deal with a pressing issue or have an important decision to make.
  • You’ve tried other ways to improve your life and they’ve helped somewhat. But you’re still not where you’d like to be.
  • You know something needs to change but you’re not sure what…or how.
  • You’re ready for meaningful and lasting change.

The fee is $1400 (AUD)

Medicare rebates (for Australian citizens)

I’m a registered provider with Medicare. Please check with your GP to see if you are eligible for a Mental Health Care Plan. This will allow you to claim a rebate of $84.80 for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Private health care rebates

Private health insurance may also cover consultations with me. Please check with your health fund to determine the rebate you receive for psychological services. Please note that you cannot claim a consultation from both Medicare and private health. You can only claim one or the other.

Tax deductions

You may be able to claim a tax deduction for consultations with me. Please check with your accountant about claiming business or work related expenses.


Our sessions are private and confidential, consistent with the Australian Psychological Society’s Code of Ethics.


I am a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia, and a member of the Australian Psychological Society, Assoc MAPS.
