30 wellbeing ideas to try today

  1. Notice how many glasses of water you drink today.
  2. Go to bed half an hour earlier.
  3. Before getting out of bed, take three breaths in and one long breath out. Repeat three times.
  4. Before sleeping, take one long breath in and three breaths out. Repeat three times.
  5. Take one thing off your To Do list.
  6. Create a personal mantra and say it to yourself three times today.
  7. Notice something interesting that your child learnt today.
  8. Reflect on one thing you learnt about yourself today.
  9. Choose one meal where you really notice what you are eating – the textures and flavours. Savour it.
